Together with Chatporter, we are developing a technology that combines the capabilities of RCS, artificial intelligence, and conversational communication into a modern channel for brands to connect with customers. The solution enables interactive, personalized conversations within the native messaging app, without the need to install any additional tools. This allows companies to present their offer, support sales, answer customer questions, and enhance modern after-sales service — all within a single channel.

The technology developed with Chatporter addresses specific business scenarios. RCS AI can serve as an interactive product catalog assistant, a knowledge base assistant, and a tool for collecting leads, surveys, and reports. This solution shows how the combination of mobile communication, automation, and AI can help companies create better customer experiences while increasing process efficiency.

From the project to the partnership with Orange
Together with IoToak, we created Green Energy Controller — an intelligent solution for remote meter reading and energy consumption management. The system, based on Orange Live Objects and secure APN LTE Cat M1 connectivity, enables monitoring of electricity, heat, water, and air quality. The solution has gone from an acceleration project to a business partnership with Orange.

We are also developing projects with IoToak in the areas of AI, automation, and augmented reality. In the Augmented Worker project, with support from the AccelPoint and Orange Fab programs, we used RealWear AR glasses and an AI assistant to support field technicians, improving safety and work efficiency.

In 2025, IoToak also developed the ORION system with us — a dual-use solution for real-time critical infrastructure management, combining AI, IoT, and automation.

This collaboration shows that, together with Orange, a startup can not only create and implement an innovative product, but also continue developing it as part of Orange’s commercial offer.

From pilot project to implementation at Orange
An example of such cooperation is the partnership between Orange Polska, the startup Captix, and SWPS University. The goal was to improve work in Orange Polska’s central warehouse, where on refurbishment lines used customer devices regain their value and return to circulation. Together, they developed and implemented a solution using a robotic arm that automates the process of updating software on customer devices. Thanks to this, Orange increases efficiency, shortens process completion time, and reduces manual, repetitive tasks. Collaboration within Orange Fab on the pilot project has meant that today Captix is an Orange partner.

This proves that with Orange Fab, you can develop your solution in a real business environment and implement your solutions at Orange.
